Program
As part of the work on the program of the conference, the co-organizers proposed the following leading topics:
• Intended and unintended consequences of EU transport policy. Review and outlook
• Transport as a basic link in the value chain - ESG perspective
• GIS as a mobility management tool
• Global megaprojects for transport infrastructure: only prestigious or vital for survival?
• The future of European railways: are competition and integration really contradictions?
• Air transport and the natural environment. Demands, tools and reasonable prospects
The program will be systematically expanded in the course of further work of the Steering and Scientific Committees.
Conference fee
• early bird - payment 1.200 PLN till 30.06.2024
• regular - payment 1.500 PLN till 31.08.2024
• EPTS members early bird - payment 900 PLN till 30.06.2024

Invitation to submit speeches
We kindly invite the community of scientists and doctoral students from Poland and abroad to submit proposals for their presentations or posters. Representatives of business, public authorities and non-governmental organizations are invited to submit their speeches in the area of obtained or planned results of cooperation between the practice and the academia. Applications in English, which should include:
• title of the speech
• abstract of the presentation (poster) up to 500 characters
• short bio of the author / authors
can be submitted to: eurotrans2024@sgh.waw.pl by May 31, 2024.
Once approved by the Scientific Committee the submissions will be allocated to individual plenary and thematic sessions.
Publishing opportunities
Accepted papers may be published (upon review) in the following journals:
• European Transport Studies (https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/european-transport-studies) – a new journal focused on transport-related issues;
• Journal of Management and Financial Sciences (https://econjournals.sgh.waw.pl/JMFS).
